Terms & Conditions
By using our website, You (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set by Us or We (Luxe Executive Travel). These Terms apply to the supply of all transportation services booked via the website, telephone, email, or SMS.
- All bookings are to be prepaid minimum 48 hours prior to pick up unless agreed otherwise with us at Luxe Executive Travel.
- Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
- The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and the legal speed limits.
- We are not liable to carry excessive luggage in any of our vehicles we provide. You must ensure a suitable vehicle is booked to carry the correct number of passengers and luggage.
- You are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road.
- We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
- By supplying your email address, you permit Us at Luxe Executive Travel to contact you via email.
- We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
- Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route (According to GPS Live Traffic) on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
- Luxe Executive Travel will keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
- Luxe Executive Travel and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle, or any other passenger(s).
- All complaints should be sent in writing via email to complaints@luxeexecutivetravel.co.uk We aim to respond to complaints within 72 Hours however we may take up to 21 days to respond.
- Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
Waiting Time
- We allow 10 Minute free waiting time for all our pick ups apart from Airport Pick-ups.
- For all Airport Pickups, we monitor all flight details provided on initial booking and offer free 60 Minutes from flight landing and 1 hour of parking charges. We are not liable for any delays due to luggage delays or any delays out of our control. Extra Parking & Wait time charges will apply after the free period expires.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If a booking is cancelled by you within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of the hire amount will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled by you within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 75% of the hire amount will be charged.
- If the customer is a No Show at the time and place designated as the pickup point, 100% of the hire amount will be charged.
- All cancellations to be made via email providing relevant booking details and reason for cancellation.
- Any refund due to cancellation can take up to 14 days to be issued.
